How to find the lab

• The Psychiatric Institute is located on UIC’s West Campus ot the corner of Ashland & Taylor
• The entrance faces north and is located on Taylor St
• After you check in at the front desk, take the elevator to the 3rd floor
• Turn left as you exit the elevator and head down the corridor past the restrooms (hallway 315N)
• Suite 318 will be on your left

How to get here by public transport (CTA)

• Pink Line/#7 Harrison Bus
  • Polk Station stop
    • From the station: head west on Polk
    • Turn right onto Paulina (heading south)
    • Turn left onto Taylor (heading east)
    • The Psychiatric Institute will be on your right
• #9 Ashland bus
  • Northbound/Southbound:  Ashland & Taylor stop
    • Head west on Taylor to find the Psychiatric Institute
• #157 Chestnut/Lake Shore bus
  • Eastbound: Taylor & Marshfield stop. This bus stops right in front of the Psychiatric Institute
  • Westbound: Taylor & Paulina stop. The Psychiatric Institute is across the street
• #12 Roosevelt bus
  • Westbound: Roosevelt & Ashland stop.
    • Turn right onto Ashland (heading north)
    • Turn left onto Taylor
    • The Psychiatric Institute will be on your left
  • Eastbound: Roosevelt & Paulina stop
    • Turn left onto Paulina (heading north)
    • Turn right onto Taylor
    • The Psychiatric Institute will be on your right

• From the North, take I-90/94 (Kennedy Expressway) to I-290 West (Eisenhower Expressway)
• From the South, take I-90/94 (Dan Ryan Expressway) to I-290 West (Eisenhower Expressway)
• From the West, take I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway) eastbound
  • Exit the Eisenhower Expressway at Ashland/Paulina
  • Head south onto Ashland
  • Turn right (heading west) onto Taylor
  • The Psychiatric Institute will be on your left
• Parking
  • Metered parking
    • W Taylor St
    • S Paulina St (south of Taylor)
    • S Hermitage St (south of Taylor)
  • Paulina Street Parking Structure
    • Continue down W. Taylor
    • Turn right on Paulina
    • The entrance to the parking structure is immediately on your right
