Training Opportunities

Pinna Lab provides several training opportunity in the gas chromatography mass spectrometry analyses of neurosteroids in serum samples from clinical studies as well as basic research in neuropharmacology studies in animal models of mood disorders, which includes behavioral assessment of anxiety and depression-like behavior, conditioning fear learning protocols as well as molecular biology methods (qPCR, Western blot) and neuroepigenetic techniques.
