Donghong (Donna) received her MS in Medical Science in 1995 from Tongji Medical University in China. She joined the lab in 2012 and currently produces viral vectors for the NIAAA-funded INIA consortium. Donna is also interested in elucidating cellular signaling mechanisms regulated by the receptor tyrosine kinase ALK.
Nethra is a second-year GPPA BA/MD Medicine student at the University of Illinois Chicago. She is currently pursuing a degree in neuroscience. Nethra has been a member of Pandey Lab since the summer of 2023, and she will continue her interests in research along with her undergraduate studies.
Himali received her PhD in Neuroscience from National Brain Research Centre, India in December 2023. She worked on cellular and molecular alterations caused by zika virus in various human brain cells. She joined Prof. Pandey’s lab in June 2024 with an intention to study the epigenetic alterations in brain caused due to alcohol use disorder (AUD).
