Dr. Sanchez-Johnsen received the Best Research Project Award at the Latino Health Symposium

Dr. Sanchez-Johnsen received the Best Research Project Award at the Latino Health Symposium sponsored by the Medical Organization for Latino Advancement (MOLA) in November 2017. This award was given for the research poster entitled: Culturally Competent Obesity Intervention Development for Latino Men. Authors of that poster presentation were as follows: Lisa Sanchez-Johnsen, Leonilda Calderon, Amanda Dykema-Engblade, Irma Rodas, Magdalena Nava, Chandra Hassan, Alfred Rademaker, Liliana Bolanos, Anthony Ruiz, and Andres Alvarado-Avila.
