Dr. Judith Cook, Dr. Lisa Razzano, and other CMHSRP staff are collaborating with faculty from the Jane Addams School of Social Work to launch a Behavioral Health Workforce Education Center funded by the Illinois Division of Mental Health and the Illinois Board of Higher Education. The new center will be assessing the needs of the behavioral health workforce in Illinois to reduce burnout and promote retention, and offering training/mentoring to front-line providers to improve the health and wellness of community mental health clientele statewide.
