The Behavioral Health Workforce Education Center is funded by the Illinois Division of Mental Health and the Illinois Board of Higher Education and will be assessing the needs of the behavioral health workforce in Illinois to reduce burnout and promote retention, and offering training/mentoring to front-line providers to improve the health and wellness of community mental health clientele statewide.
