About Us

Biostatistical Research Program (BRP)  provides statistical support to researchers in Mental Health, High Dimensional Neuroimaging, Traumatic Brain Injury, Microbiome, Epidemiology, and Environmental sciences. The program develops models for research data, computes sample size for power analysis, performs hypothesis testing for significance, writes Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) for clinical trials and provides state-of-the-art predictive modeling techniques.

Currently, researchers are working on extracting health-related data from various sources, such as clinical records and social media, and analyzing them using Natural Language Processing techniques. 

Researchers also mentor PhD students and junior faculty members.
