Ziad Katamesh

Ziad is pursuing a BS in biological sciences at UIC, with the goal of attending medical school afterwards. He discovered his interest in research during his first year at UIC, where he began working in Dr. Wonhwa Cho’s research lab. Currently Ziad works as a medical assistant in a neurology clinic where he found his interest in neurology/neuropsychology. He aims to explore effects of Alzheimer’s Disease, Dementia, and other neurological conditions while working in Dr. Kyle Jennette’s research team
