Tracy received her PhD in Public Health Sciences (Health Policy and Administration) from the School of Public Health at UIC in 2019. Her dissertation work focused on whether nursing home regulation is associated with, or can lead to, better quality of care in nursing facilities, including antipsychotic drug use. She is currently working on a NIH grant that examines the effects of workplace harassment on health outcomes longitudinally under Dr. Kathleen Rospenda.
