Shikun graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago with a BS in neuroscience and minors in philosophy and bioengineering. He is currently a research technician in the Glover Lab working on a project exploring the role of rodent prefrontal cortex in reward prediction error and its potential implication in psychiatric conditions.
