Ms. Mason is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Ms. Mason is dedicated to serving children and their families with unique social and emotional needs in a variety of capacities. She has experience working in early intervention, pediatric offices, therapeutic schools and preschool programs as well as group residential programs. As a Social Worker with UI Health, Ms. Mason is continuing her commitment to the promotion of children's mental health by providing therapy to children and their families. She has a particular interest in working with young children and their families facing various challenges such as disruptive behavior, anxiety, trauma, parenting challenges, and developmental delays. Ms. Mason introduces a variety of techniques in therapy depending on the family's needs and preferences. In 2010 she received her Masters degree in Social Work from The University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration.
