As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Rhapsody is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families. She has experience working in outpatient mental health, early intervention programs, pediatric offices, therapeutic schools and preschool programs as well as therapeutic residential programs. Rhapsody received her Masters degree in Social Work from The University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration and her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont. In her role as Associate Program Director of Illinois DocAssist, Rhapsody oversees the day-to-day operations of the program and leads outreach and marketing efforts.
