About
Dr. Perry Tsai received his BA from Harvard College and his MD and PhD from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. He completed his research-track residency in general psychiatry at UIC, during which he served as Inpatient Chief Resident and conducted research on inflammatory markers in depression. In his outpatient practice, he sees patients with mood or psychotic disorders, and he has started his own clinic specifically for patients who have neuropsychiatric symptoms of Long COVID. He also serves as chair of the residency's Clinical Competency Committee and interim Medical Director of the adult inpatient psychiatry unit.
