Mahya holds a bachelor's degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from the University of Tehran. Currently pursuing her master's in Biological Science at the Illinois Institute of Technology, she has authored six short articles published in The Scientific Association of Biology at the University of Tehran magazine. With one year of teaching experience in chemistry as a teaching assistant, Mahya also served as an intern student at an infertility research institute, gaining proficiency in basic biological lab experiments. Her primary interests lie in working with animal models, particularly mice, focusing on neurological diseases, brain physiology, and cell signaling.
