About
Emily is a Clinical Psychology doctoral student at UIC working under Dr. Natania Crane’s mentorship. Emily is interested in early life trauma and adversity as it relates to risk for subsequent psychopathology, especially substance use disorders. Related, Emily has a particular interest in identifying core dimensions and biomarkers of trauma- and stress-related dysfunction to aid in the development of more targeted, effective prevention and intervention strategies.
