Bailey is a neuropsychology extern at the Neuropsychiatric Institute at UI Health and a Clinical Psychology Ph.D. candidate with an emphasis in Neuropsychology at Palo Alto University. She earned her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Dayton, followed by an M.S. in Clinical Psychology from Palo Alto University.
Bailey’s clinical interests include the neuropsychological assessment of adults and older adults with neurodegenerative diseases, epilepsy, and complex medical conditions. Her research in clinical neuroscience focuses on the socioemotional and neuropsychiatric features of neurodegenerative diseases, with an emphasis on improving diagnostic accuracy and intervention strategies. Her work reflects a comprehensive approach to dementia care by addressing neuropsychiatric symptom profiles, caregiver burden, and modifiable risk factors that influence disease progression and patient outcomes.
