Ajamu Carter is a first-year master's in health information management student. He is a new addition to the Department of Psychiatry as an Hourly Graduate Assistant within the Center on Mental Health Services Research & Policy; Where they conduct research, training, and technical assistance to enhance service delivery and increase knowledge about behavioral health. His interest in healthcare propels him to also gain admissions and complete an M.D. immediately preceding his M.S. degree. His other interests lie with reading manga, learning different languages, & participating in obstacle races like the spartan race.
