Dr. Patricia Graczyk and Marije Brouwer-Borghuis, her colleague in the Netherlands, were invited to present at the OJ Congress in Utrecht that was held on June 6, 2023. Their presentation provided an overview of a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework for school attendance (Kearney & Graczyk, 2014; 2020) and its implementation in Regio Twente of the Netherlands where the framework serves as a major component of Twente's regional plan to improve school attendance and address school attendance problems.
