Dr. Neil Smalheiser selected as fellow in the American College of Medical Informatics

Neil Smalheiser was selected as fellow in the American College of Medical Informatics, and will be inducted during the annual symposium of the American Medical Informatics Association. Cited were his contributions to literature based discovery, evidence based medicine, text mining, tool development, and scholarly publishing. Neil is the third person from UIC ever to be selected as ACMI Fellow.
