Dr. Dana Rusch will provide virtual bi-monthly Reflective Consultation in Spanish for community navigators working directly with migrant arrivals to Chicago. This initiative is directed by her CIMH colleagues (Dr. Aimee Hilado at U of Chicago; Dr. Rebecca Ford-Paz at Lurie Children's Hospital) and supported by several CIMH volunteers who will provide ongoing consultation and implementation support to frontline staff at high-capacity city shelters, IDHS-funded Welcoming Center Site Leaders stationed in hotels, and staff from community navigator programs.
