Biostatistical Research Program (BRP) provides statistical support to researchers working in areas such as Mental Health, High Dimensional Neuroimaging, Traumatic Brain Injury, Microbiome, Pharmacy, Epidemiology, and Environmental Sciences. BRP helps in conducting clinical trials, computes sample size for power analysis, develops models for research data, performs hypothesis testing for significance, writes Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) for clinical trials and provides state-of-the-art predictive modeling techniques for classification. In addition, BRP extracts health information from various sources such as clinical records, social media and analyzes related data using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
