The University of Illinois College of Medicine (UI-COM) is the largest public medical school in the United States, with four campuses throughout Illinois (Chicago, Rockford, Peoria, and Urbana-Champaign). Approximately 1,300 medical students attend UI-COM, with 800 at the Chicago campus.
