STUDENTS ASSIGNED TO THE  WOMEN'S INPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICE, OR RED TEAM AT UIC: SOGAND GHASSEMI 
     

You will report on Monday, June 22,  at  12:00 report to room 803E UIH for Dr. Baslet's hospital orientation then and then continue with the rest of the schedule for Monday. Tuesday morning at 8:45 find Dr. Vesna Pirec on 8E, pager 6827, please check page 41a as well for further instructions, after the 9:00 AM orientation, 1747 W. Roosevelt Road, Room 361.

You should have with you a check for $40.00 to be used as a safety deposit for keys and book which you will receive on 8E for the duration of your rotation in Psychiatry.

Lectures are scheduled on Thursdays, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. starting on June 25, 2009. The lectures are a required segment of the clerkship and attendance is taken. Lectures are given at 1747 W. Roosevelt Road, Room 361. There will be a Clerkship Evaluation Session Thursday, July 30, 2009  at 8:30:00 a.m. in Room 361, same room as lectures. After this meeting with the directors, the rest of the day will be yours for study. This session, as well as all lectures, is mandatory, and all students are required to attend; missing more than the first ten minutes will be considered as an absence.
