On Monday, April 28, at 1:30 pm students will report directly to the visitors center to get temporary base passes and parking passes (just up the road from the hospital gate), then to personnel on the 8^th floor to get a check -in sheet. If you finish check in by 3:00 pm then report to the 9^th floor to meet with Dr. Ludmer.

SCHEDULES

Your schedule in detail will be given to you at the site.

LECTURES & EVALUATION SESSION

Lectures are held on Thursdays, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., at IJR, 1747 W. Roosevelt Road, Room 361,.  Lectures begin on Thursday, May 1, 2008. You will be allowed to leave your site on Thursdays at 11:00 am. There will be a Clerkship Evaluation Session Thursday, June 5, 2008 at 1:00 p.m, and lunch will be served at this session only, at the  same location as lectures. This session, as well as all lectures are mandatory and all students are required to attend, missing more than the first 10 minutes will be considered as an absence.
