You will report on  Monday, June 22,  at 12:00 report  to room 803E UIH for orientation with Dr. Baslet's, a when this is finished for further instructions check page 41a and go to your assignment for Monday afternoon, after the orientation 9:00 AM, 1747 W. Roosevelt Road, Room 361.

Your schedules in detail are in the binder.  You will need a check for $40.00 as deposit for keys, etc.....that will be returned to you at the end when you return the issued items.

Lectures are scheduled on Thursdays, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. starting on June 25, 2009. The lectures are a required segment of the clerkship and attendance is taken. Lectures are given at 1747 W. Roosevelt Road, Room 361. There will be a Clerkship Evaluation Session Thursday, July 30, 2009  at 8:30:00 a.m. in Room 361, same room as lectures. After this meeting with the directors, the rest of the day will be yours for study. This session, as well as all lectures, is mandatory, and all students are required to attend; missing more than the first ten minutes will be considered as an absence.
