IJR Receives Gift from Former Alumnus

The Institute for Juvenile Research recently received a gift of $10,000 from Dr. Rose Fromm-Kirsten, an IJR alumna who's now retired and living in Malibu, CA. Dr. Fromm-
Kirsten graduated from the College of Medicine in 1939, and completed some of her training at IJR in the early 1940's. She moved to the Los Angeles area, where she practiced for many years, specializing in child psychoanalysis. Dr. Fromm-Kirsten said she directed her gift to IJR because "it was an outstanding place to train."
