News Normal Development in the First Ten Years of Life, a teaching videotape by Geri Fox, M.D., received a Bronze (Finalist) Award in the 24th Annual Telly Awards Competition. The national film and video competition receives more than 10,000 entries each year. Judging is peer-reviewed and criterion-based. Normal Development follows one child's growth from infancy through middle childhood using short clips to illustrate teaching points and stimulate discussion. The tape, available in DVD, VHS and CD-ROM, is currently used by two-thirds of the child and adolescent psychiatry training programs in the U.S., as well as abroad.
