Dean Dmitri Azar mandated that Departments in the UIC College of Medicine initiate this program for both tenure-track assistant professors and non-tenure-track assistant professors with > 50% appointments. Dr. Anand Kumar, Head of the UIC Department of Psychiatry, appointed the following Mentoring Facilitators to assist Assistant Professors in identifying Mentors.
