Connectivity between White and Gray Matter Abnormalities in Pediatric Bipolar Disorder: A Developmental Model of Brain Pathophysiology
The goal of the study is to characterize cognitive and affective circuitry dysfunction in order to delineate the pathophysiology of PBD using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology and white matter tracts, and build a brain model of dysfunction merging grey and white matter findings.
