The Department of Psychiatry's Biomedical Neuroscience Training program will utilize a multidisciplinary approach to teaching students.   Faculty members and Research Trainers accross multiple Departments within the College of Medicine will assist in educating students in Neuroscience.  Faculty members will assist in classroom education and advising students.  The Research Trainers will guide students in the laboratory while working on cutting edge research in Neuroscience.

The Department of Psychiatry's Neurosciece Training Program is headed by Dr. Mark Rasenick and Dr. Alessandro Guidotti.  A stearing committe has been selected which includes: Sarah Appel, Ph.D., Ermino Costa, M.D., Henry Dove, M.D., Joeseph Flaherty, M.D., and James Unnerstall, Ph.D..
