Significantly more males (29.0%) than females (8.8%) had significant CAC (x2=5.86, df=1, p<.05)
No significant differences between groups:
- on endorsement of chest pain & other panic sx
- in the proportion of patients prescribed anxiolytic or antidepressant medications
Subjects with no CAC reported more symptoms of Heart-focused Attention (t=.945, df, 156, p<.01)
