Subjects with significant CAC were:
- more often male (x2=43.56, df=1, p<.001)
Subjects with no appreciable CAC were:
- more likely to report chest pain (x2=8.159, df=1, p<.01) and other panic-like symptoms
- more often prescribed anxiety medication (x2=3.61, df=1, p<.05)
- more likely to endorse symptoms of heart-focused attention (t=1.95, df=610, p<.05)
