Symptoms suggesting Major Depression:
- Insomnia, anorexia, weight loss > 2 months
- Pathological guilt
- Suicidal thoughts different than survivor feeling
- Psychomotor retardation
- Severe functional impairment
- Hallucinations other than the deceased appearing
