We offer psychotherapy for all age groups, with an emphasis on making the most effective and efficient use of your resources.

Flexible Formats Meet Different Needs

We provide each individual with an individualized treatment plan that addresses his or her psychiatric disorder as well as related difficulties (problems with work, school, or social functioning). Depending upon the individual's needs, he or she may participate in one or more types of psychotherapy (individual, group, or family) and receive psychotropic medications.

Expertise in Treating Anxiety Disorders

We have expertise in the psychotherapeutic treatment of anxiety, bipolar, depressive, and psychotic disorders. We offer both brief and long-term psychotherapy.
