Directions via car to 912 South Wood
From the North, take I-90/94, Kennedy Exwy, to West I-290, Eisenhower Exwy. From the South, take I-90/94, Dan Ryan Exwy, to West I-290, Eisenhower Exwy. From the West, take East I-290, Eisenhower Exwy. Exit the Eisenhower Exwy at Ashland/Paulina. Turn south onto Ashland Avenue. Continue south on Ashland to

Taylor Street. Turn west (right) onto Taylor. Continue west on Taylor to Wood Street. Turn north (right) onto Wood. Patient parking is available in the parking structures at the corner of Paulina and Taylor, and on Wood Street south of Taylor Street.

Take the 54/Cermak train to the Polk Street stop. Walk west on Polk Street to Wood Street. Walk south on Wood Street.

Take the #37 Sedgwick Bus or the #9 Ashland Bus to the Taylor Street stop. Walk west on Taylor Street to Wood Street. Walk north on Wood Street

Turn west (right) onto Roosevelt Rd. 1747 W. Roosevelt building is on the south side (left side) on the corner of Wood St. Patient parking is available in the parking structures at the corner of Paulina and Taylor, and on Wood St. south of Taylor St., or on the streets alongside Wood, Washburne and 13th St.
