Adolescent Risk Evaluation Study Stacy
attended SUNY College at Buffalo where she majored in psychology and
graduated in December 1994 with her BA. She then attended Loyola University
Chicago for her Master's in Counseling Psychology. Her thesis research
was on the effects of domestic violence on women's self-efficacy. After
graduating from Loyola in January 1995, she received her LPC certification
and began working with adolescents. She is currently the Tracking Coordinator
for the CARES project within IJR at UIC. In the fall 2001 she will be
attending Loyola University Chicago for her Ph.D. where she will focus
on child and adolescent issues and minor in multicultural counseling.
