Minnesota Ticket-to-Work Implementation and Outcomes Project

PROJECT PURPOSES:

The purpose of this project is to examine the implementation and outcomes of the Ticket-to-Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999 (TWWIIA) (Public Law 106-170) in the state of Minnesota. The focus will be on how TWWIIA planning and advocacy occurs in the state; perceptions of the process and outcomes of the MN plan among people with psychiatric disabilities and other stakeholders (including their satisfaction with the amount and quality of self-determination promoted under TWWIIA); TWWIIA-related outcomes of participants with psychiatric disabilities; and stakeholders' perceptions of service quality and accessibility under TWWIIA.

This project will begin in the Center's fourth project year
