II. Year-Long Continuing Education for Educators on ADHD

Consultant: Patricia Graczyk, Ph.D.

Location: Woodridge School District 68
Design of Pilot Program
Principals identify 2-3 key opinion leader (KOL) teachers in their schools

• Initial trainings: Dr. Graczyk provides five trainings to teachers spaced across school year
• Technical assistance: Once a set of skills are presented, Dr. Graczyk and S. Francis, Psychology Intern, will provide ongoing assistance as teachers adopt strategies in their classrooms
• Sustainability: KOL teachers will then serve as consultants to other staff in their respective buildings
